We are so confident that your Fersina windows will perform to the highest possible standards that we are issuing a warranty which lasts the lifetime of your home ownership.  Fersina Windows warrants to the original purchaser that the product shall remain free of defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service for as long as the original purchaser owns the home.

• All Vinyl Extrusions will be warranted against chipping, cracking, peeling, blistering, warping or sagging.
• All Window Hardware balances, locks, keepers, and casement operating hardware will be warranted to operate properly and serve the design function.
• All Glass Units are warranted against seal failure which results in dust, film, or condensation forming between panes of glass.
• Glass Units are fully guaranteed against spontaneous glass breakage for the lifetime of your home ownership.
• Window Screens are covered for the full term of the warranty. Screen fabric, under normal use, is covered for ten years. Screen repairs are performed free of charge when returned to Fersina.
• Repair Labour is included for ten years from date of purchase.
• This warranty includes only those products manufactured by Fersina Windows.  Non-Fersina products are covered by their manufacturer's warranties.

Condensation on the glass surface is the natural result of excessive moisture in the home and does not indicate a defective product or faulty installation. The vinyl window frames will maintain its manufactured colour as it ages; atmospheric pollution and residues deposited on the windows can discolour it. Mild soaps or detergents are usually all that is necessary to restore its original manufactured colour.

• Defects or damage caused by fire, flood, accidents, "Acts Of God", misuse, neglect or actions of others.
• Products which have been altered or repaired by anyone other than an authorized FERSINA WINDOWS service technician in a manner which has affected the performance or stability.
• Caulking.
• Service required beyond a 75 km radius of Fersina Windows, may be subject to mileage fees at Fersina Windows discretion.
